A full-body massage focused on easing stress, calming the nervous system, and promoting deep relaxation.
Medium Tissue Massage
I offer medium-pressure massage using a myofascial approach rather than aggressive deep tissue. By warming the tissues first, I’m able to work deeper while maintaining comfort and effectiveness, with attention to specific muscle areas.
Cupping supports increased blood flow, muscle relaxation, pain relief, and improved circulation. I use soft silicone cups designed to be comfortable, with gliding or stationary techniques tailored to each client. (22 hours of training)
Indian Head Massage promotes deep relaxation of the muscles while helping to release knots and relieve
